BlogDesk Hotfix released (2.6.500)
April 30, 2007 by blogdeskApparently WordPress.com changed their code so that new articles posted with BlogDesk always had their comments & pings set to Off. The Hotfix solved this problem. After installation, open your blog properties for every blog hosted on wordpress.com and change the value in the System dropdown from WordPress to WordPress.com.
BlogDesk 2.6 released

- Posts already published can be edited and deleted from the server.
- The Open Post dialog now distinguishs between Drafts, Templates and Published posts and offers a preview.
- The AutoSave option will periodicaly save the current post.
- The popup menu in the list of blogs offers the most relevant commands.
- Extensive HTML-Code (like you may get it from YouTube and comparable sites) can be easily inserted.
- Support for the blog systems MovableType, Drupal, Blojsom, dasBlog and Serendipity.

BlogDesk 2.1 released

But even the classic WordPress blog with FTP access will profit from this new method because it’s much easier to configure.

January 20, 2006 by blogdeskThere is a new beta version for the weblog client BlogDesk. Lots of improvements, but above all: the Image Wizard. Now you can do simple image editing (resize, crop, rotate, shadow etc.) and easily create thumbnails.
